Q.01What types of products do you deliver?
Large items only: white goods, TVs, furniture, bedding, oversized parcels. No standard light e-commerce parcels — that is not our trade.
Q.02What is your geographical coverage?
All of Belgium, 6 days a week (7/7 at peak). Arlon region: 3 days a week.
Q.03What are your lead times?
D+1 standard, same-day or 2h on Flytte Express depending on volume and zone.
Q.04How does installation work?
Connection, commissioning, removal of the old appliance and packaging management — optional, at the customer’s discretion.
Q.05Can we integrate our CRM / e-commerce?
Yes, via REST API. Standard integration in 2 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity of your stack.
Q.06What are your rates?
Pricing depends on service, product format and volume. Communicated during a commercial meeting — 15 minutes are enough for an indicative quote.
Q.07How long to get started?
Single stores: 1 to 2 weeks. Multi-site contracts: 4 to 8 weeks depending on the level of tech integration required.
Q.08What happens if there is an issue?
POD mandatory for every delivery, systematic feedback collection, documented escalation with a 4-business-hour response SLA.
